“Horrible work conditions. Unhealthy treatment of employees.”
Current Employee – been working at Exeter Hospital
Pros – Location-Beautiful area.
Easy parking. The benefits package is not bad, but need to get care from Exeter Hospital physicians. Some OK, but others, particularly surgeons, seem incompetent.
Cons – Surgeons very poor, from what the OR nurses tell us.
Administration, in my opinion, totally against nurses and other patient care individuals
Care only about cutting costs and making more money
Advice to Senior Management – The CEO needs to resign. Totally unapproachable. Once could not find a patient ward in his small hospital. Overpaid. Too many Vice-Presidents. Chief nurse seems always angry.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
