Pros

Keeping up with the latest technology

Cons

Have no problem laying off experienced employees with 10-30 years of experience with the company and keeping those who talk their way up

Advice to Management

Weight business decisions before taking risks and harming those who care about their job

    Pros

Competitive salary, good benefits, nice offices, work/life balance - for me it is a great location and convenient to many great places to eat & shop. My overall impression is that upper management truly wants Experian to be a great place to work.

    Cons

Business verticals not always strategically aligned, but understand they are aware to some degree of this and are working on smoothing it out. Lots and lots of meetings.

    Advice to Management

Continue the great communication efforts. Probably don't need so many different employee program and engagement initiatives - seems a little over done.

  2. All that matters is sales - nothing else seems in focus,

    Pros

HQ in CA. Decent folks from old TRW business.

    Cons

Horrible executive management. More interested in golf clubs than the business. Poorly integrated acquisition strategy for new businesses. Classes USA?!?!?!

    Advice to Management

Fire the pompous Group Presidents who are focused on sales conferences and their golf scores. Innovation focus is a joke. Too many execs with limited intellectual horsepower.Running a business like this is not all about sales and quotas and pipelines.
