a fun, first retail job.

Sales Associate (Former Employee) Chicago, IL (US)

ProsThe people are nice, the company's pretty laid back and the hours are flexible

ConsUnless you work at a big store you won't get hours. Management schedules too many On Call shifts, which are a big joke.

Advice to Senior ManagementLose the On Call shifts, people don't even respect them. I went on vacation when I had on call shifts once, because I knew they would never call me in.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend

Pros: There is a discount, good people to work with, and often very nice… Cons: Not very good pay, hours can be very random, and often not enough… Advice to Senior Management: Better pay, or allow a commission. No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
