“Operations Engineer at Facebook”
Current Employee – been working at Facebook full-time for more than a year
Pros – - Amazing work environment (meritocracy, smart people, great technologies, ...)
- Great perks (food, snacks, health insurance, gym benefit, laundry, ...)
- Very little corporate overhead.
- Feels very much like a startup, despite being over 8 years old.
Cons – - Time-sink: it's easy to neglect everything that's not work related.
- Decent salary but nothing extraordinary.
Advice to Senior Management – Continue to do what you're doing!
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
