Current Employee – been working at FedBid full-time for more than a year

Pros – This company is built on a solid business model and had a good future ahead of it. The entry level positions in all departments require long hours and difficult work which is perennially under-appreciated. However, those with the patience and diligence to stick it out will see themselves pleasantly rewarded.

The work is generally exciting and long term prognosis for all is positive provided you work hard.

Cons – The senior management team is in somewhat of a transition time frame, and communication is lacking regarding the company's future plans. However, upper management is very capable and has the best interests of the company at heart.

Advice to Senior Management – Cut unnecessary employees, develop and enforce long term internal growth plans and communicate them to the lower-level workforce - provide incentives for those who work hard and provide results
