Former Employee – worked at FedEx full-time for more than 7 years

Pros – great work environment.best application softwares used.good salary increment.

Cons – wrongly target old employees sometime without considering their sentiments&emotions.

Advice to Senior Management – acqisition is good but not on the account of sacrifiying your old employees

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
