“I left FedEx years ago and Came Back in 2005 because I missed working at a GREAT company!”
Current Employee – been working at FedEx full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Benefits, People First Policy, Great work environment
Cons – Pay could be better but that is made up for by all of the other great aspects of the company
Advice to Senior Management – Upper management is out of touch because no one will tell them the facts.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
