    Pros

    We have great health benefits and some are allowed every other Friday off.

    Cons

    Old time culture has to change to meet the demands of the changing world. We still do stuff based on reactions to the market. We fall behind when other banks comes up with ways to game the financial system

    I just can not wait till the market picks up and people leave.

    Offers good work-life balance. Perfect for working women with families, those who are looking to retire or a stepping stone to other careers in the financial sector.

    Some people work long hours while others are able to slide by, doing minimal amount of work.

    Advancing in your career at the Fed is based on favoritism, not merit.

    Pay is not satisfactory.
