    Pros

Opportunity to wear many hats. Many good solid employees.

    Cons

Weather driven. Unable to sustain long-term vision.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

A solid company is like a 3-legged stool: Investors, Customers, Employees. Cut anyone of the legs short and the stool becomes very wobbly.

Loved the job, unfortunately was laid off with the balance of the Sales Division

    Pros

Great pride of ownership from the employees. Teamwork abounds but unfortunately within either the sales or operations department, not both.

    Cons

The company is managed quarter to quarter, and decisions are made without regard to personnel. The operations teams have ultimate control of the company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The sales division should have been allowed to continue building on the successful metrics that were shown in the last six months of FY11, and the first two weeks of FY12. If the dividend needs to be cut, cut it.
