Former Employee – worked at Fiberlink full-time for more than 8 years

Pros – Good out of college job.
Fun and social coworkers.
Small and nimble.
Solid customer list.
Positioned well for mid-market growth.
Employees well equipped with gadgets.

Cons – Terrible 401k match
Skeleton crew in operations although experts. Need to invest there.
Play games with bonus money during lean times and mediocre raises - get you money up front.
High turnover except for a core group that keeps the machine rolling.
If you have gray hair need not apply.
Some delusions of grandeur among senior management.

Advice to Senior Management – Org is too flat. Give high performers something to strive for. Expand operations so you can scale.
