I worked at Fidelity Investments full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Fidelity besides providing growth and good package, makes one feel like home. A very good company for longterm purpose

    Cons

In operations department, the management is very partial. The growth is given on the grounds which are not related to job. It is more of a slavery job in operations.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Operations management should focus on treating employees fairly before following TCF. Because discrimination in workplace will affect the reputation of the company and the company will not be able to recruit and retain effecient staff.
