Fluor Employee Review

Current Employee – been working at Fluor as a contractor for more than a year

Pros – nice place to work when busy

Cons – cutthroat lay off process. Heavy favoratism in hiring and firing. The in-crowd never lose their jobs and don't work much. The worker staff do all the work and get laid off quickly.

Advice to Senior Management – Review hiring and firing by dicipline managers. Your loyalty should be to the stock holders not the in-crowd.
