I have been working at ForeScout Technologies full-time for more than a year
Pros – Products that work, great staff, definitely going someplace! Lots of opportunity to make a name for yourself and those around you.
Cons – There are a lot of benefits to having a lot of long term staff in the company for 8+ years but, one downside is trying to affect change. It would be great if everyone read "Switch".
Advice to Senior Management – Ask your staff how to improve the business.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
