I worked at Forever 21 part-time for less than a year

    Pros

Get to see clothes before anyone else does and helps you gain experience.

    Cons

Terribile discount (10%), underpaid, barely given ANY hours, the people there are very stuck up and have their own cliques, barely any room to make friends. Management plays favorites. You never get your free days when you ask for them, even when its a week or two in advance. Management/team leaders give them to their friends.

Highly unorganized with little to no room for advancement

I worked at Forever 21 full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    - Very easy to be hired in, the process for a management level hire took less than three weeks
    - Very relaxed dress code, you can basically wear whatever you want

    Cons

    - Very high turnover rate, which results in ridiculous scheduling complications every month
    - no room for advancement, senior management is stale and new managements ideas arent taken into consideration at all
    - discount is only 10%, which does nothing

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to your new hire management and hire people with experience AND education, not just experience. Also, promote from within instead of external hires, it'll have a positive effect on the staggering turn over rate.
