I worked at Forever 21 part-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    - Even though December was a blackout month, I always got my requested days off
    - Horrible part time hours (4-21 a week)
    - Classless customers
    - Loved my co-workers
    - Basically get what pay you ask for

    Cons

    - 10% discount
    - "Clique" environment
    - Retail hours
    - "Blacked out" holiday month (December)
    - It's almost never neat in there
    - Have to memorize what clothes go in what room (floorset update every 3 weeks)
    - Huge dress code issue that comes and goes (tattoos especially)
    - Favoritism
