“Renewed Company”
I have been working at Forrester Research full-time
Pros – - Forrester is just renewed in 2013 in many ways
- New Compensation structure
- New Sales management
- New improved internal tools, like SFDC, and many others, really cool
- Better pay
Cons – - Forrester needs to think big, they are the Gartner of Marketing and do not realize
- HOpefully the new sales director will solve this problem
- Depends on territory you get. as always
Advice to Senior Management – Please, keep the work in 2013. You just changed everything and feels good, now FOCUS.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
