“Company has potential but needs better direction and employee satisfaction”
Current Employee – been working at G.L Mezzetta full-time for more than a year
Pros – Good group of people, good quality products, company has huge potential
Cons – Dysfunctional, poor communication and leadership, not a clear vision.
Advice to Senior Management – Treat employees with more respect. Trust the people you hired and let them use their expertise so they can shine in their job.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
