I have been working at GE Oil & Gas full-time for more than 5 years

Pros- Salary not so bad (compared with Italian average)
- Strong training structures
- Possibility to see all the life cycle of GT and Compressors (from design through manufacturing until service))
- Real possibility to move between different Job positions

Cons- Exacting workload
- Low money awards for employees
- Low benefits for employees
- Career slow

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
