    Pros

Great team of people with variety of experience from different cultures.
Loads of development programmes available to employees for leadership training.

    Cons

Work life balance is bad, expect a role with wide coverage and stretched team.
Salary not competitive compared to similar organisations.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get your hands dirty too vs. relying on team members to constantly execute on your behalf so that you can deliver a great results message to rest of leadership team.
