“Provides for a good work life balance.”
Current Employee – been working at Gartner full-time for more than a year
Pros – Gartner provides good benefits, reasonable pay, and opportunity for advancement.
Cons – Gartner can at times lose worker productivity over meaningless administrative tasks.
Advice to Senior Management – My one piece of advise to management would be to reconsider the review process. It is universally disliked.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
