Great company to start your career

I have been working at Gensler full-time for more than 5 years

ProsGreat learning environment and team working environment. The company is highly focus on developing global presence and providing a great platform to connect with offices in different countries.

ConsSome offices can be too large and politics in the office can be stressful.

Pros: Strong future. Company continues to grow while others remain static.… Cons: Does not value their employees, treat them as commodities. Does not appropriately communicate company culture. Good culture, compensation is lacking.

Pros: They are willing and able to compensate you for your continuimg education and there are plenty of in office opputunities to continue your learning for… Cons: The pay is low and it is said that the bonus makes up for the low compensation. The bonus is on par with the rest… More
