    Pros

    The people you meet, and the potential for travel. Traveling to a country and really seeing the people you help makes all the difference in this industry. Its why I've stayed as long as I have.

    Cons

    There's no consistency within the company. Rules aren't applied a crossed the board. Also I just heard about another great employee leaving from our shared services team and its making me want to leave too. Program staff can't work to the best of their ability if they feel like their support is falling from under them. Things like Finance, HR, and IT are essential, and its falling apart.

    Advice to Management

    Advice to the board: Get rid of the excess VPs. Its too many cooks in the kitchen
    Advice to management: Try to keep the best employees, those that are working towards the major goal of Global Communities.
