    Benifits are incredible, food is good, hours are fexable

    Cons

    no holidays off, weekend workers get food but

    I worked at Google as a contractor (less than an year)

    Pros

    - GSoC was a great way to contribute to an Open Source project
     - good pay
     - great community and thorough code reviews

    Cons

    - can't really think of major cons; perhaps it would have been nice to organize some official meet-ups with all the project members
