    I worked at Harris

    Pros

The group I worked with was generally nice, were happy to help, teach, and facilitate learning, and they had great benefits. It ended up not working out but I liked it there

    Cons

Boring job at times, management tended to be a little flaky and unorganized, hard work, and staring at a computer screen all day

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Empower your employees to do the jobs that they know how to do and are competent at. Don't micromanage to boost your ego but trust your employees to do the jobs they know how to do.
