Pros

I love the flexibility that you have. All of the supervisors are uber cool.

Cons

It's kind of slow and boring at times.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Allow for more advancement in the company, or employee incentives, and over-time.

Former Employee - Tier I Technical Support in Austin, TX (US)

    Pros

    Decent training
Gain experience working for globally recognizable companies (not Harte-Hanks since work is performed on behalf of other large companies).

    Cons

    Limited mobility internally
Salary not commensurate with experience or comparable to local wages.
Company will hire anyone based on minimal criteria

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Running technical support isn't like running a customer service call center. Technical support is incident-based, not call volume based.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
