Heavy workload, but great experience with a world-class brand

ProsGreat people who are all focused on succeeding, freedom to do or try new initiatives, always learning and many options for personal development through courses, projects and new programs

ConsNot much guidance provided, learn-as-you-go culture, too many initiatives that constantly change, overly strong focus on stock price and financials, need a better work/life balance program

Advice to Senior ManagementAsk for feedback and recommendations from the employees who deal directly with customers. Pick one or two key initiatives and stick with them for at least a year, if not longer.
