“short time I been working here has been the worse job I ever had. If economy was better I would be gone.”
Current Employee – been working at Hertz full-time for more than a year
Pros – very few any more. things get worse every day.
Cons – no one lets you know you are doing a good job. intimidation is felt every day in everything you do.
Advice to Senior Management – stop treating people like a number and un important pieces of trash.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
