    Pros

    Flexibility, lot of opportunities, culture, values and ethics. All in all a dream company to work for

    Cons

    Lot of changes and instability in board of director level to strategize as per the market requirement and hence capitalize the market penetration

    The senior management should have clear goal and objectives to turn-around the company and again regain the numero-uno position.
