Too much bureaucracy.

ProsAdvantages of a large company such as good benefits and enough resources to support the work. Good policy allowing for moving to another position within the company.

ConsToo much bureaucracy. Not enough communication. Too much emphasis on profitability and growth. Too much time spent tracking time. Salary freezes and downsizing when things aren't going well.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
