    Pros

    The management would push you to the limit, so you get good improvement on expertise and knowledge.

    Cons

    The compensation is low, and the hours are long. Also, as the company is not performing well, there is a lot of re-organizations.

    flexible work schedule
    Lots of training material
    employees have ample tools to do their job

    Cons

    Limited Job growth - lots of downsizing and absorption of acquisitions.
    HP still searching for it market.
    Turnover in company is high due to mergers.
    Time tracking is redundant - have to post time in 3 time systems

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Find your Market ! stay the course of no new mergers until HP can manage what it has.
