“Great Work Life Balance”
Current Employee – been working at Hewlett-Packard full-time for more than a year
Pros – One of the few companies in India offering 8 working hrs a day, while most competitors are on 9 to 10 working hrs
Cons – No growth is seen in current state making people leave
Advice to Senior Management – Continue the benefits like work from home and working hr policy, however do let the employees choose what the want to learn. Also please be hyper active and try to be first one to enter in niche technologies like big data and cloud don't be late
