“Privately owned company with very nice culture.”
Current Employee – been working at Hilti as an intern for less than a year
Pros – + Competitive salary
+ Nice and supportive culture
+ Good career opportunities and possibilities to swop positions internally
+ Stable company due to the private ownership
Cons – - Locations a bit off (Schaan in Europe, Tulsa in the US)
- Starting position as a salesperson is almost mandatory
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
