“Not bad, be better if it was more stable”
Current Employee – been working at Hostess Brands full-time for more than a year
Pros – pay, benefits and expenses. Vacation is good too. I have enjoyed my territory as well.
Cons – unstable- Everyone in mid/senior leadership is there because of time on job and not knowledge, There is a lot of waste that goes in the trash that could be additional GP.
Advice to Senior Management – sell to a capable owner
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
