“Not the best company I've worked for, not the worst. Be willing to put your time in.”
Current Employee – been working at Huntington Bancshares full-time for more than a year
Pros – There is plenty of room for career growth.
Cons – Long hours, open 7 days a week. Work a lot of overtime they don't tell you about. Hires a lot of people with no banking experience leading to many errors and problems. Won't allow you to move up until you've served 1 year in current position, even if you're the best fit for the job.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
