I have been working at IBM full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Nice people. You could work here many years. Easy place to work.

    Cons

Money is marginal. Potential for advancement and development is poor. If you are junior consultant or graduate Accenture is a much better choice. The internal processes are a complete basket case.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be leaders first and managers second. Fix the internal processes sms overhead.
