“Diverse business domains, run with a singular strategic approach”
Current Employee – been working at ICF International full-time for less than a year
Pros – Steady, paced, growth. Good supportive management structure in (my) Line of Business.
Cons – Some of the lower-level employees are lacking in in technical expertise relevant to their jobs and roles.
Advice to Senior Management – Do a better job of vetting technical skills and recruiting team players
