“necessary evil”
Former Employee – worked at ICS Solutions
Pros – co workers more supportive than management. reasonable salary. big fish in small pond. great sales director (due to retire soon).
Cons – little support without shouting. management listen to loudest shouter. ivory towers amongst management. painful resourcing manager. herding cats springs to mind.
Advice to Senior Management – appreciate the sales team. increase the feeling of team. recognise, listen to and value the strong consultants, recognise and manage realistically the weaker ones
