“Fast Paced and taking on the top 5 CROs”
I have been working at INC Research
Pros – Opportunity to contribute
Growth pace leads to career growth
People are great (except PMs that tend to blame others)
Technology is cutting edge Softphone, remote access, portals and more for road warriors
Cons – Benefits are only average
Pay can be below average
Advice to Senior Management – Think more out of the box, growth is being SLOWED down due to a not invented here attitude at times.
Get rid of the dead wood, there is a lot of it hidden.
