Damascus Syria office is a decent place to work, however there are absolutely no prospects for growth within the org.

Case Worker (Former Employee) Damascus (Syria)

ProsFriendly, bright colleagues. Clean, modern offices with up-to-date computers and hardware. Very good salary compared to standards in Syria.

ConsVery weak management. Nepotism. Many hard-working employees feel under-appreciated. No prospects for growth or promotion within the organization, all positions feel like a dead-end job. No prospects of becoming an international employee.

Advice to Senior ManagementBetter motivation and appreciation of employees. Change hierarchy and structure to allow for growth among the organization's ladder.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
