Former Employee - Claims Adjuster  in  Birmingham, AL (US)
Former Employee - Claims Adjuster in Birmingham, AL (US)

I worked at Infinity Insurance full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Focus on the work you will be fine. Potential to make good salary within 3 years.

Cons

Nepotism...Nepotism....Disgusting...Frat Brothers do nothing and move up in the ranks. Those that go to church together move up... while those that work 6am-10pm are told they are doing something wrong...even if everyone knows that person is actually working...

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Give promotion based on work production, not the guy who knows what happened on Saturday night football...

I have been working at Infinity Insurance full-time for less than a year

    Pros

This position has a flexible schedule, but only when you are meeting performance criteria.

    Cons

Calls are back to back with hardly any pause in between.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The training for this position needs a lot of improvement; in order to have a competent staff taking FNOL there has to be a greater investment in training and development.
