“Awesome technology, mediocre intern experience”
I have been working at Intel Corporation full-time for less than a year
Pros – Fast paced, impactful technology, fun intern activities.
Cons – Manager and mentor were too busy, my project didn't start until the 3rd week of the internship due to disorganization.
Advice to Senior Management – Spend more time organizing interns so they can ramp up faster and contribute to the project sooner.
