Cons

i think that the hotels needs to notice more the guest welcoming im not saying that its bad but like everything you can always do better 2nd- on weekends and summers allot of French and israeli ppl and they can b at times very ruff

I have been working at InterContinental Hotels Group full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Very good workplace with great benefits and good pay. You are treated well and can move up quickly if you are motivated.

    Cons

Since you are in a big corporation, there are always limits to what you can do, the red tape is quite large around here.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat this less like a corporation and more like a standalone place.
