Decent place to work for grads out of school

I have been working at J.B. Hunt full-time for more than a year

Prosstable job, good benefits, good people

Consstressful at times, high learning curve, base pay not great

Advice to Senior Managementthe lowest level employees feel undervalued, lots of double standards exist among employees and upper level managers which hurts morale

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

Great learning experience

Pros: learning experience, work well with school schedules. Cons: 7am-5pm work days, not 8/9-5. Micro-managin at it's finest.… Advice to Senior Management: Sales and operations need to be better connected.
