I was happy to work there for 21 years. I wish my department had not been outsourced.

Data Analyst (Former Employee) New York, NY (US)

ProsDecent salary and an excellent benefits package. Good corporate culture. A great place to work until the last few years, when the layoffs, outsourcing and offshoring began. Good severance package though.

ConsDuring my last few years at Chase an ever-increasing drive for efficiency led to large scale reductions in IT staffing, with ever fewer employees expected to carry heavier workloads. My department was eventually outsourced.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
