Make it a formal task at every managers level to grow and advance their subordinates to the greatest extent feasible

    Plenty of job opportunities to move around and advance your career.
    Working for a reputable bank looks good on your resume.

    Cons

    Typical workplace politics at times.
    A lot of the department don't communicate with each other.
    Can get lost in the shuffle due to business need.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Stop lowballing the mortgage banking/servicing employees. To kept talent, you have to pay for it.
