    Pros

Benefits are great. They cover tuition at many online universities. Great campus in Seffner.

    Cons

Office politics are a major pain. If you are not a politician, you will not do well here.
Chicago culture after merger with Bank One completely ruined this company's work environment.

    Advice to Management

Review formula is flawed. Out of every ten employees, two will get an automatic "Needs improvement," even if it is ten Einsteins. That is a goofball system and leads to turnover of good people.

    Political but good

    Pros

They promote the new and junior staff which is good for them. They are able to get hands-on experience. If you are a hard-worker, you get your due, its not dependent on the level.

    Cons

There is lot of politics, you never know what the senior management wants. The team work is not too prevalent and you are not really allowed to outperform the other members. Client is everything.

    Advice to Management

You must pay attention to what employees want. Accept fresh ideas and encourage people. Learn to accept criticism, it is the first step to growth.
