“Good step stone to start with”
Current Personal Banker in San Francisco, CA (US)
Pros – even though the base salary is comparatively lower than the other banks, but the incentive will be more if you can do well
Cons – the turn over ratio is too high, it makes the job harder and more stressful
Advice to Senior Management – consider keeping the employees with the company for long term instead of always hiring new candidates, it is not benefiting stabilizing the company structure and sustanability
