I have been working at JPMorgan Chase full-time for less than a year
Pros – Very diverse, very people oriented, Top leadership does a very good job at keeping everyone informed.
Cons – While there are many career progression opportunities, there is no formal clear-cut career progression explained when you first join.
Advice to Senior Management – Make it a formal task at every managers level to grow and advance their subordinates to the greatest extent feasible
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
