    Cons

    Minimal work/life balance
Work location is difficult to get to and I did not like the quality of life in New York

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue to keep close to your employees and listen. From a business standpoint, it was a good decision to stay in New York.

I have been working at JetBlue

    Pros

Intelligent, passionate and energetic people. Mgmt has done a good job of cultivating an innovative culture. Great brand with great ideas, and an exciting place to be.

    Cons

Politics get in the way of putting the best work forward. Rapid growth means that integral systems and processes are not in place. This is a good challenge, though.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Grow leaders who will advocate for what's best for the company and their people. The politics sometimes get in way of good work being done.
