    I worked at JetBlue full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

    Flyers are Customers, not Passengers as coined by other Air Carriers. A CEO that hands out snacks on-board and welcomes Customer input.

    Cons

    Service not available to all cities. I will continue to wait patiently till you return to mine.

    Stay true to the tenets on which this company was built. You are the difference in AIR travel, that others should take notice of.

    I have been working at JetBlue

    Pros

    JetBlue is a great place to work. Training is in a group of about 30 people and by the end of the month long training I felt like they were all family. Working from home is nice too as I work in reservations. and the free flights make it all worth it.

    Cons

    The starting pay kinda sucks and people can be rude sometimes as is true for any call center environment.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    I get way too many emails so I feel like I'm working all day just to sort through them all even after my shift. Chill out with the emails ;)
