    Pros: 1. lots of opportunities for learning (coursework, seminars, certifications) offered to most employees - if you are full time there is a big discount or… Cons: 1. it's a huge organization, like a mid sized town, so really you're usually working within a small number of employees + supervisor - don't… Advice to Senior Management: we need more support for working moms/pregnant employees.
